What's the theme for the VIP Experience Event?
This will be an New Orleans style Masquerade Ball event with a celebrity guest appearance! This event will be at the New Orleans Tour location only!!
What's the attire for the VIP Experience Event?
The attire is formal attire with a requirement to wear a masquerade mask.
Will CE Credits be given?
Yes, CE credits will be given on Topics approved by the IRS. We are anticipating up to 10 credits for this year’s conference.
Is there transportation from the airport to the the hotel?
There will be a complimentary airport shuttle. Please book your ride no later than 72 hrs prior to the check in date. Click here to book.
Are meals provided?
Box lunch is provided at all 3 tour locations. In New Orleans, there will be a buffet style dinner at the masquerade ball for VIP ticket holders.
Is this event tuition tax deductible?
In general, most professional development courses can be written off in part or completely as a business expense. Even so, I strongly recommend that you share your receipt with your tax professional.
Is recording permitted during any sessions?
Yes personal recording is permitted.
Can I bring a spouse or another guest?
Absolutely!!! This conference will touch everyone in a magical way!! Feel free to purchase tickets for your spouse and all other guests that you would like to invite. It is sure to be an event that everyone will benefit from.
Can I purchase multiple tickets at once?
We would love for you to purchase multiple tickets!! However, you will have to purchase each person’s ticket separately (with their information listed) as every person’s information will need to be recorded.
