Conference Refund and Cancellation Policy

The ABTP National Tax Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to the annual ABTP National Tax conference.

  1. Conference registration canceled in writing before June 1, 2023 is refundable up to 50% of the said ticket.
  2. Registrants canceling on or after June 1, 2023 will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual; the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant’s status.
  3. In the event ABTP National Tax Conference must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, ABTP National Tax Conference will refund the cost of registration.

Unforeseen Circumstances Defined for Refund and Cancellation Policies:

Unforeseen circumstances is used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents ABTP National Tax Conference from continuing with a conference, training, or webinar. Examples of such circumstances can include, but are not limited to, inclement weather or other natural disasters, site unavailability, technology challenges, and presenter absence.
